VOXENDICE has drawn up this cookie and privacy policy to inform you about the cookies it places on its websites and about the processing of personal data of registered and unregistered users of VOXENDICE’s services. Responsible for the processing of personal data is VOXENDICE, located at Johan de Wittlaan 255, 6828 XL Arnhem, Netherlands.
The services of VOXENDICE are understood to mean:
all current and future services, both physical, electronic, or digital services that VOXENDICE offers, as indicated on its (mobile) website VOXENDICE.com, digital news facilities (such as newsletters) and archives, as well as online training courses, which are used by natural or legal persons (hereinafter: “Services”).
Relationships (hereinafter: “Relationships”) are understood to mean:
(i) all natural persons and organizations that purchase or have purchased paid and unpaid services from VOXENDICE and (ii) all natural persons and organizations that purchase through one of the contact channels (telephone, email, letter post, website, account manager) have had contact and have shared data with VOXENDICE.

Cookies that analyze the use of the VOXENDICE website, so that VOXENDICE can improve the quality and/or effectiveness of its website. VOXENDICE uses these anonymised cookies, among other things, to see how often and for how long (pages of) its website are visited, from which website(s) users come and in which order users visit the different pages of its website. To receive the information about the use of the website, VOXENDICE uses the services of Google Analytics from Google Inc (“Google”). VOXENDICE always anonymizes data from analytical cookies before sharing it with Google Analytics. However, we do pass on the IP address to Google Analytics, see Tracking cookies.
Tracking cookies:
With your permission, VOXENDICE and third parties collect information about the use of the VOXENDICE website and the interests of users via cookies. VOXENDICE only uses tracking cookies with users’ permission to, among other things, keep track of personalized statistics via Google Analytics. We do not store the IP addresses anonymously within Google Analytics, which means that we have a good indication of the location (up to city name) of our visitors.
Social Media cookies:
Personalized social media cookies can be placed by Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube on the VOXENDICE website. Social Media cookies ensure that users of the services can directly share the content of the VOXENDICE website with others via social media. VOXENDICE has no influence on this and refers for more information to the statements made by these social media parties on their own websites: Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. We may use YouTube embedding. When viewing these videos via our website, this party also keeps track of information about viewing behaviour. We do not embed this in privacy mode.
Adjust cookie settings
When you first access our website, you will see a popup asking for permission to use cookies. Via the Cookie settings button, you can adjust which cookies our website uses.

What data is processed
The data (including personal data) processed by VOXENDICE can be divided into three categories:
Data provided by relations in order to be able to provide the service to which he/she has subscribed or for which he/she has registered; such as name, address and place of residence, email address, telephone number, bank account number. Processing of this data is necessary to be able to provide the purchased services.
Derived data; we obtain data through the use of our digital services (website, newsletters); such as device data, pages visited, articles read, location of reading (in this case at municipality level), clicks on text links and advertisements, as well as data about the use of a platform, time, topics read and clicks. This data is only processed with the consent of users (see also the chapter “Cookie Policy”)
Data arising from the incidental contact that relations have with one of our contact channels (telephone, email, letter post, website, account manager, etc..); such as notes from conversations, customer inquiries, complaints and participation in research. This contact can be initiated by relations as well as by VOXENDICE itself.
Data storage & security
The collected data is stored in various source systems of VOXENDICE; the website database or said third parties. The data will not be used in any way for the purpose of lending, renting, selling or otherwise making the data public.
Third Party Websites
When you click on an internet link on the website or in one of the services that takes you to a third party website, you leave the VOXENDICE service. The terms of use and this cookie and privacy policy of VOXENDICE do not apply to the use of the websites of third parties, but different conditions apply. VOXENDICE is in no way liable for the use of third-party websites.
Engagement of third parties
VOXENDICE may use the services of third parties for the implementation and exploitation of the services, for example to perform website-related services. These third parties may have access to your personal data.
Transfer to other countries
In countries outside the European Union (hereinafter: the “EU”), the same protection is not always offered to your data as in countries within the EU. However, it may sometimes be necessary for VOXENDICE to transfer your data to those countries, for example because the (servers of the) companies that support it or are engaged by it for the performance of the services are located there. VOXENDICE is entitled to transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU for the performance of the services.
Age
You warrant to VOXENDICE that all information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must first obtain permission from your parent/guardian before using the services. By agreeing to this cookie and privacy policy you guarantee to us that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained the consent referred to here.
Inspection & correction
If you want to know which personal data has been recorded about you and/or if you want to have your personal data corrected, supplemented or deleted, you can send an e-mail to voxendice@outlook.com, stating ‘privacy’.
At your request, VOXENDICE will improve and/or supplement your personal data, if it turns out to be incorrect and/or incomplete. At your request, VOXENDICE will also remove your personal data (or have them removed), if your personal data turns out to be irrelevant for the purpose of the processing, unless and insofar as the law obliges us to keep the relevant personal data or (other ) are compelling reasons that oppose removal.
